Alcatel’s One Touch Idol 3 is coming soon. The Android phone will already be quite a steal at $279.99 unlocked when it launches in May, but you can pre-order the new device early for just $199.99.

The Idol 3 packs a 5.5-inch 1080p display, octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, 13-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front-facing camera, 16GB of storage (only 10GB is usable) with microSD support and 2GB of RAM.

If you’re looking for a cheap unlocked handset with good specs and a solid build, this is a pretty great option. The Idol 3 may just be the best budget-friendly phone on the market, potentially beating out old favorites like the OnePlus One.
