Moto x(2013) optimizing apps problem solved

Problem 

After Moto x 2013  got  Android lollipop 5.1.1 update, after every reboot the optimizing apps procedure started which last for 45 mins to 1 hr a very time consuming process

This process started even if was not necessary for moto x

Even Factory reset didn't help.

Solution

When you need to power up the phone and  by-pass  "Android is upgrading screen " do the following steps

1. 1st phone must be powered off ,Now enter fast boot mode by pressingVolume down and power key and releasing  the keys ,You should get some thing Like the image 
2. Use down key to navigate to  to last option BP Tools , select it using Volume up key

Now Like it happens on most of devices you have successfully  skipped Android is Upgrading procedure
